Installation of the Kat System wall is extremely quick and easy, thanks to the use of a specially designed 'male-female' fixing system. On request, all fixing accessories can be supplied directly by Progetto 2.
PACKAGING
Kat System walls are packed and shipped returned on custom-made pallets. Each parcel contains 15 walls, carefully packed with transparent stretch wrap and plastic containment straps. Please note that Kat System walls are made of chipboard, a material that is sensitive to changes in temperature and humidity. We recommend that you avoid storing the walls in a place where water is present and where temperature fluctuations due to climatic conditions may occur, therefore we recommend, as per the "Kat System Partition Wall Assembly Rules", storing the walls in air-conditioned rooms and on a flat surface.
ASSEMBLY DOCUMENTS
Kat System walls are tested in the best European laboratories, manufactured from fire-resistant materials and CE marked according to:
- Regulation 305/2011
- Fire resistance
- Load resistance
- Tensile strength perpendicular to the plane
- Vine extraction resistance
- Resistance to eyelet extraction
- Impact test
